is a personal and corporate Gift Baskets, Wine Cellar and Flowers service.

4.) What’s happens if I cancel my order ? Cancellations ? When an order is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control we try to be understanding and reasonable.

5.) About the delivery ? We operate 7 days a week. We deliver to this areas ,between Tavira center to Lagos center..

6.) What are your delivery hours ? Deliveries are made - Monday to Monday 8 am to 8 pm. Place you order 48 hours in advance; some gifts require additional delivery time.
Requests for specific delivery time will be taken and every effort will be made to fulfil your request. Don't hesitate to contact us.

7.) Do you deliver to Hotels, Hospitals or Business addresses ? Yes, but include the additional information as detailed below:
Hotels: Hotel name, full address, phone number, room number.
Hospitals: Hospital name, full address, phone number, room number.
Business: Company name, full address, working hours, phone number.

8.) Can I have your Gifts, Flowers, Wine delivered to a different address than my own ? Yes. During the checkout process you will be asked for your delivery address. Simply change this address to the one you wish to have the delivery. Your selection will be delivered to the location you enter.

9.) The order include a Greeting Card? Yes.Your message will be printed/hand written in a regular Greeting Card -Free of Course. Consult our Messages Card to inspire you and make writing your Greeting Card easier.

11.) Do you guarantee my order ? Yes. All products ordered are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact us immediately.

13.) How place an order online? Here are the steps for new customers:
1 - Create an account or Log in - Email Address and password.
2 - After you have decided on the gift basket, flowers,groceries ... you wish to purchase click CHECKOUT. You are now ready to finalize your order, step by step.
3 - Confirm or change your shipping address - CONTINUE
4 - It is crucial that you provide your message, time and delivery date - CONTINUE
5 - Your order will be totalled and presented for your approval. You can edit or make changes.
6 - When you are satisfied simply click - CONFIRM ORDER
7 - Choose your payment method-PayPal (Accept all credit cards,no need to have an account)
8-Your Order Has Been Processed!
9 - Once your order has been processed successfully you will receive a Tina's order confirmation via email.
